Information stored on your device
FieldReport Inspect stores inspection details, business-profile information, finding notes, optional photo evidence, checklist customizations, and generated reports locally on the device where you create them.
Camera and Photo Library
Camera or Photo Library access is requested only when you choose to attach photo evidence or select an optional company logo. You can decline or revoke either permission in iOS Settings. FieldReport Inspect does not request microphone access.
Sharing
Inspection data and generated reports leave your device only when you explicitly choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. The destination you select operates under its own privacy practices.
Data collection and third parties
FieldReport Inspect does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, cloud synchronization, crash-reporting services, or remote storage. The developer does not sell or receive your inspection data.
Retention and deletion
You control the data stored in FieldReport Inspect. Deleting an inspection removes its associated app data and locally stored photos. Removing the app removes its locally stored data, subject to your device and backup settings. The developer cannot remotely retrieve or restore deleted data.
Changes
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the relevant release.
